I would like to try and compare ADSL charges in other countries. smile.gif

Other types of connections are welcome.

Could you please post some figures for me.

Perth - Western Australia

Provider - Iprimus

Service - up to 8000kbps - 5 gig downloads ,usually get around around 2000kbps and speed is reduced if 5 gig limit is reached.My downloads are around 2.5 gig.

Charges $50 a month for ADSL and $30 a phoneline rental.

i pay 80 dollars (canadian) a month and get high speed internet (no limits to downloads), full tv package (about 80 channels), and my telephone (which has all the features included). internet on its own ranges (for high speed) from 25-40 bucks a month. dial up is about 15 dollars.

USA invented the Internet, they have had Internet before everybody else. They should have an established and high-performance and capable Internet infrastructure. I wonder why you cant cheaply get high-speed Internet connections in USA?
