just finished a 20 hour shift and have to be back at work in 5 hours for another 10 hours....put in 48 hours in last 3 days....if only i could clean my body out with ccleaner........

Work related/induced sleep depravation in my opinion should be outlawed and made illegal everywhere in the world. Employers are insane thinking someone should work a 20 hour day, and then only give the person 5 hours to return to work for another 10 hours. No wonder people go postal at work.

Over here in OZ it is mandatory that a minimum 10 hour break be given after such a long shift.
