Hello. I am glad to have found this program and forum. I have tried CCleaner on one computer so far and it has worked well.
I do have a question though...
After running Cleaner I get this message:

Marked for deletion: C:\WINDOWS\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\index.dat
Marked for deletion: C:\WINDOWS\Cookies\index.dat

How do I activate this deletion? Maybe it is something I shouldnt do?
Thanks in advance and I look forward to hearing back on this one.

All it means is that those files will be deleted at reboot. smile.gif

I see... Thanks for a speedy answer. Will try the reboot now.

Those files are remade automatically as well so you will still see them listed in ccleaner when you rerun it.

The one thing you should do is when you run it, is to restart your computer. It makes the program run properly.
