We use Java WebStart which downloads Work Applications under Document & Settings:
C:\Documents and Settings\LoginUserHereApplication Data\Sun\Java\Deployment\javaws\cache
Would like functionality added to CCleaner to allow me to specify folders to NOT be cleaned.

You can disable the cleaning of Sun's Java by running CCleaner then navigate to and untick:
Cleaner > Applications > Internet > Sun Java
