I have CCleaner installed, I have gone into the options tab and transferred over those cookies I wish to keep.

I was under the impression if I kept my favourite cookies, this would save my password within those sites, is this correct?

The cookies I have kept each time I log off and on, I have to keep re-entering my password into my favourite sites.

Is there any way round this please?

Trust I have explained my problem OK

If you are using IE7 this is a bug with the current version of CCleaner. Try unticking the 'Delete index.dat files' checkbox in the Internet Explorer section of CCleaner (Next version of CCleaner should fix this)
