I added a custom directory to clean (C:\Temp).
It shows up in Options/Custom with *.*.
When I clean, nothing is deleted from this directory.

be sure that you tick the little box on the ccleaner part where you choose the options.
i think its under the advanced section

I don't see anything in "Options/Advanced" that would apply.

OK I found it under "Cleaner/Windows/Custom Files and Folders".
It works now.
