CCleaner Locked up after 100% Registry Scan and I could not get task manager by Ctrl-Alt-Delete. I had to shut down the computer with the button. I just installed the latest version of CCleaner. I have Windows 98.

Since you're dealing with Win98 there's a couple of things you should probably do: * Run ScanDisk on all installed hard drives * Run System File Checker (start, run, type in SFC) but make sure you have your Win98 install CD handy if any corrupt files are found.
Please note if any of the crashing has anything to do with VXD Bugs you may be interested in the Win98 VXD Bug Fix, which requires the original Win98 install CD.
