This question is on behalf of a friend of mine.
He has Emule plus v 1.2 and he wants to know if there is any way to make it faster.

What faster, the program or the downloads? If you're looking for faster downloads on EDONKEY network, FORGET ABOUT IT! They are bloated all the hell! That's why they are slow to begin with. I'd suggest looking for another P2P network -OR- go USENET.
