ccleaner fails when i enter 'analyize' i get the 'microsoft experienced a problem and must close' message.
issues scan and fix no problem. what gives?

Which particular microsoft program generates this error? ie: which program then closes?

Microsoft Windows generates that error Tarq, and then closes CCleaner.

Sorry hutchismutch, have no idea why it happens though.

Does Event Viewer show anything at the time you experience the error? Also, what is your OS?
