In the past, when updating Ccleaner, the yahoo toolbar would appear on my internet explorer which seemed to affect sending mail from outlook. I used to just simply remove the yahoo toolbar and all would be fine with outlook again.

Now that i've updated internet explorer, when i update Ccleaner, I no longer get the yahoo toolbar, but I again cannot send mail from outlook. I cannot determine what Ccleaner has created during the latest download to affect sending mail from outlook.

You don't ever need to download the yahoo toolbar only to have to delete it afterwards, just download the slim version here

Perhaps you could try uninstalling ccleaner and downloading the slim version and see if that helps you, if not please let us know.

I have never noticed the toolbar blocking outlook.(well I use OE)
Its very strange that it could do that.

IE7 I think only shows toolbars if you choose to display them. Anyway search your add/remove programs screen for the yahoo toolbar just in case. If you don't see it there let us know.
