No there isn't. It would be safer to use msconfig - Start>Run>msconfig. There you can go to the startup tab and untick entries one at a time (then restart) and retick them if it causes a problem. Make sure you Google the entries first and make sure you know what you are unticking before you do so. And don't just untick a load all at once.
