Anyone notice that webpages don't load completely in Firefox? (even 2.0.0.3). I have to refresh the oage anywhere from 1-3 times. However, this doesn't occur in IE 7.

No probs here. See error loading websites or maybe one of the others over here.

I use fasterfox, and that was the problem. More specifically, the Pipelining feature caused pages to hang in Vista, so I turned it off. I am just not sure why it would only happen in Vista. All the other optimizations are ok.
