Cheers all!

I'm going crazy in regards to a particular issue I'm having with uninstalling iTunes. Long story short, my iTunes uninstall MSI got removed and so I'm trying to manually uninstall iTunes. I can't reinstall it, because the iTunes installer says an older version exists and therefore it can't be uninstalled (DUH!). I wish there was a forced-install....

I tried to remove iTunes from the Add/Remove Programs list using the Microsoft KB Article to remove iTunes from the Uninstall registry folder, however that did not work. So I decided to try removing all the iTunes and Quicken app files, and that did not work. Then I tried to uninstall using CCleaner, and to my horror, iTunes is listed in the Uninstall list, but the entry can't be removed because the uninstaller can't be found!!!!

First question, if there's no information in the Uninstall section of the Registry, where is CCleaner pulling its list of installed files from? If I can solve that problem, maybe I can remove the last traces of this god-forsaken program! Second question, I have seen this issue on other forums, but no one has seem to solve it. If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Three Facts:

1) There was a solution to the problem in the link. Windows Installer Cleanup. It will modify a separate windows installer database.

2) You are a Godsend.

3) CCleaner is sweet
